Barbecue Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

– 4 lb of boneless pork ribs
– 1 cup of ketchup
– ½ cup of water
– ¼ cup of brown sugar
– ¼ cup of vinegar
– 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
– 1 teaspoon of chili powder
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ½ teaspoon of paprika



Directions:

– Combine the ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, salt and paprika in a saucepan over medium heat.
– Cook, uncovered, until the sauce has slightly thickened, (12 -15 minutes).
– Allow to cool to ambient temperature.
– Cover the pork ribs with sauce and grill until cooked (45 – 50 minutes).
– Warm up the remaining sauce and serve with the ribs.
